Raw water requirements: According to the water quality test report provided by the customer, the pressure is not less than 2.5KG, and the flow rate is not less than: 5T/H. Through this process, the effluent water quality is filtered out of heavy metal ions, sediment, odor, and suspended solids to ensure that the water quality is clear and free of impurities. 

2. Activated carbon filter

 Activated carbon is one of the substances with the strongest adsorption capacity. It has a large number of voids and a high specific surface area. It uses a large number of voids in activated carbon to absorb residual chlorine, organic matter, colloidal particles, microorganisms and some heavy metal ions in raw water. Trihalides, etc. improve the overall quality of the water. The reverse osmosis equipment requires that the residual chlorine content of the incoming water is less than 0. 1mg/L, so an activated carbon filter is used to remove the residual chlorine in the raw water to prevent the reverse osmosis membrane from being polluted. At the same time, it can further adsorb organic matter in raw water. 3. Bag filter

In order to prevent particles in the water and pipes from entering the water point, a bag filter is specially set up as the final pretreatment method. A bag filter is installed before sand carbon filtration, and a polypropylene microporous filter is installed inside the bag filter. Under normal working conditions, when the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter is greater than 0. 1Mpa, the filter element needs to be replaced (because the filtered medium directly enters the gap of the microfiltration membrane, it is difficult to restore the flux through acid-base cleaning). Filter structure It can meet the requirements of quick replacement of the filter element. The food-grade stainless steel tank body is equipped with a 5υm PP cotton filter element. 4. Consumable replacement time and cycle;

1) Filter waste water
After the device is powered on, the power indicator lights up. Click the “Pump Running” or “Filtration Start” button on the electric control box. The equipment starts to filter the waste water. After filtering, press the “pump running” or “filtering start” button again to stop working.
2) Clean the filter material
When cleaning the filter material, the two filters should be cleaned in sequence. First click on “Pump Run” or “Filter Start”
Then click the “1# Cleaning” or “Cleaning 1” button, and after 20 minutes, click the “2# Cleaning” or “Cleaning 2” button, and after 20 minutes, click the “Pump Running” or “Filtration Start” button to stop cleaning work.
