This policy explains what personal data SHINEWASH collects through carwashmachine.com, why it collects it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors to this website and to people who send us an enquiry.
Who we are
This website is run by SHINEWASH Car Wash Machine, operated by Zhengzhou Shinewash Technology Co., Ltd. ("SHINEWASH", "we"), a manufacturer of automatic car wash equipment at No. 270th XinGang Avenue, Airport Economic Zone, Zhengzhou, Henan 450018, China. We decide how the personal data described here is used. For any privacy question or request, email shinewashtec@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company, country, the equipment you are interested in and your message. A partnership enquiry also includes your market, business role and project stage. We need the fields marked as required to answer you.
The enquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks in the background that a person and not an automated program is sending it. Turnstile uses technical signals from your browser and does not read what you type into the form. With your enquiry we also keep the page you sent it from, how you reached our site (for example an advertisement or a search engine) and the technical data described below, so that we can answer you and see which of our advertising works.
Some buttons open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. Nothing reaches us until you send it. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you send there.
When you browse the site, our servers and the services listed under Cookies record technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and the page that sent you here.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and follow up on your project.
- To keep the website secure and block spam.
- To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it, if you allow analytics cookies.
- To measure which adverts lead to enquiries and to show our adverts to people who have visited the site, if you allow advertising cookies.
- To keep the records the law requires once you become a customer.
If you are in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we rely on these legal bases: steps you ask for before a contract (answering an enquiry and quoting), your consent (analytics and advertising cookies), our legitimate interest in running a secure website, and our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing emails or WhatsApp promotions to people who contact us.

The cookie banner lets you accept, reject or customize cookies by category. Visitors in the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland get analytics and advertising cookies only after accepting them. Elsewhere these cookies are on by default, and you can turn them off at any time with the Consent Preferences link at the bottom of every page.

We do not use functional cookies at present. If you have not accepted analytics cookies, Microsoft Clarity works without cookies and does not link your page views together. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures how fast pages load without using cookies. Videos on this site play from our own server; links to YouTube take you to YouTube, where YouTube's policy applies.
Google Analytics has Google signals turned on, so Google may link visit data to the Google accounts of people who allow ad personalization. You can manage Google's ad settings in My Ad Center and block Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. The Microsoft Privacy Statement covers Clarity.
Who receives your data
- Our sales and service staff, who handle enquiries in China.
- Service providers that run the website and our communications: Cloudflare (hosting, security and speed measurement), Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads), Microsoft (Clarity), our email provider, and WhatsApp (Meta) if you contact us there.
- Public authorities, when the law requires it.
Transfers outside your country
SHINEWASH is based in China, so we handle enquiries in China. Our service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States, under their own data protection terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and the messages that follow for 3 years after our last contact with you. If you become a customer, we keep the records the law requires for longer. Google Analytics keeps visit data for 14 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit or object to how we use it, or receive a copy. You can change your cookie choice at any time with the Consent Preferences link. Email shinewashtec@gmail.com and we will reply within one month. If you are in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
The whole site uses HTTPS, and only the staff who handle enquiries can see them. No way of sending data over the internet is completely secure.
Children
This website is for businesses. It is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Google API services
SHINEWASH uses Google APIs, including the Google Ads API, the Search Console API and the Google Analytics Data API, only to read reports about its own advertising accounts and website. It does not ask for access to visitors' Google accounts. SHINEWASH stores these reports only on its own computers and in its private project repository, and uses them only to analyse its own advertising and website. It does not share or sell them to third parties and deletes them when they are no longer needed. SHINEWASH's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when our practices change and show the date of the latest version at the top.
Applicable law
This policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. That does not take away any rights you have under the data protection law of the country where you live.
