How Does the Touchless Rollover Truck Wash Machine Work?

he vehicle is parked in the designated wash bay while the mobile gantry travels along the guide rails. Sensors detect the position and profile of the vehicle before the automatic cycle begins. The PLC coordinates pre-rinsing, detergent application, high-pressure washing, final rinsing, and optional drying.

High-pressure nozzles are arranged around the gantry to clean the front, sides, rear, roof, wheels, and lower body. Because no rotating brush touches the vehicle, the touchless rollover truck wash machine can accommodate vehicles with different shapes and exterior equipment.

Operators can select wash programs through the touchscreen interface. Water pressure, detergent dosage, washing time, gantry movement, and drying can be adjusted according to the type and condition of the vehicle. Emergency-stop controls, vehicle-position sensors, and automatic fault detection provide additional operational protection.
